I'm pretty sure you'll get a good speed on a lot of games with galaxy S4 Big Grin
One of the mods here, GuilhermeGS2, uses galaxy S2 and if i recall correctly he once reported that he played GoW on that device with a decent speed (with some tweaks of course) Smile
