Individual Game Settings

I was wondering how hard it would be to implement game specific settings for each individual game. There are a lot of games I play that each require vastly different settings to be on or off to play right, and its kind of a pain to look up the forum thread for each game to find the best settings over and over again. btw, this emulator is the tits.

EDIT: I saw some thread mentioning something about individual settings being already in the emulator. If this is the case I would appreciate if someone told me how to enable it.
