newbie needs help with atrac3

Hi. I downloaded the program and everything works great. I actually really just wanted to play the new robot wars

So i looked at the instructions and tried to download atrac3+ audio support.
I went to this screen and well nothing happens. I tried to click download and install but it wouldnt do it. I cant click back or more information either. I tried leaving it alone for 30 minutes but nothing happened. Im pretty sure its not downloading since i cant click anything. Best i can describe it is it froze. But i usually get a program not responding message when that happens. This just sits there.

Anyway I can install this outside the program? Am I doing something wrong?
