the iso is in a multi-part archive, which is in an incorrectly named archive.

first rename your "iso", and replace iso with zip
then extract all the numbered files and either a zip or rar file that has the same name as the numbered files, these are all parts of a bigger archive.
open the zip/rar file you just extracted, and extract the actual iso file from it.
test the iso, and if it works you can delete the zip/rar files and all the numbered files.
