Listen, you are a mod, you should know the basic rule about being a mod. Offtopic is usually prohibited and it's clearly normal. First, the people that click on a thread don't click on these to read offtopic, if the thread name if pokemon... Don't talk about yugiho... Second, offtopic can only discourage people to read further in the thread to found about what they were looking for...

Anyway, it's up to you, it's your own choice and your own thread.
