Rumors of a possible GTA 5 for Android/iOS

no doubt developement has come a long way but a pc gpu/cpu is about five times faster than mobiles devices. Say gt5 needs a dual core 2.3ghz plus.. on mobile devices we would probably need dual core 8ghz plus to run on android.. unles they make better cpus/gpus as strong as pcs.

If they did, batterys would be flat in 5 mins..if they manage to port a watered down for ps vita it may be possible as vita has mobile components ie arm arcitecture etc.
