5 years later in 2019 and all the issues you've guys have repeated are still the same with the original Rondo of Blood port's cutscenes. They still go into a black screen or just crash the game. The most noticeable crash is when you first meet Maria. However, there is a youtuber who can run the Maria cutscene just fine w/o crashing.

So unless the youtuber is lying and is actually playing on something other than PPSSPP, this makes me think that there is an obvious solution to prevent the cutscene crash, but we just can't see it. The most common answer I've found all over the internet is to set the system to simulate UMD delay. I've seen people say this works for them, while others, including myself, have not been helped at all by this answer. If there is anyone who can run this game fine, please let us know and post your information such as settings, systems, etc. Anything would be appreciated. Thank you.
