Problem Selecting option on menu with gamepad controller

Hello;

I am playing Socom Tactical Srtike which I used to play some years ago, but now Im having a hard time selecting a specific option on the game menu.


In this sample menu, I can not select the second option, just the first or the last.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks gang!
