Framerate has decrease on galaxy s3

i got exactly the same problems after i updated ppsspp to a new version on my
galaxy s3. fps decreased in all games ( def jam , shin budokai 2 , little big planet ) from 60 fps down too max.45 fps. i tried every setting but nothing really changed ...
i hope anybody can help
