ppsspp direct x 11 wont work

Microsoft does not support Win 7 and does not share any updated DX11 libs for that operating system which PPSSPP requires.
The recommended way of dealing with it by MS themselves is to include required DLL files with the software and that's what PPSSPP is doing, however those are only included in the release version, so either download release version of PPSSPP to get those dll's(which copied to any newer build will enable D3D11 backend just fine) or if you really need those stright from Microsoft you will have to get whole Windows SDK, they don't provide any redistributable package since all newer Win versions have those dll's by default:].

Also you're using integrated graphics, those need drivers as well so make sure to update your gpu drivers in case you forgot since generic drivers would not support D3D11 properly either.
