Nowadays you can buy a Snapdragon 636. There's no Samsung phone with this SoCs as far as I know, but you can buy a Xiaomi or Nokia under $200. You'll basically run any PSP games at full speed and 2x resolution (EDIT: some 60 FPS games won't run 3x, so I changed to 2x). It's the cheapest SoC with Cortex-A73-based cores, wich is around 50-60% faster than Cortex-A53-based at same clock speed. And the Adreno GPUs have better drivers and better performance for emulators and general gaming.
