QT had an outdated and not maintained windows-like menu, it also didn't had texture replacement(not sure if it still lacks it or not as I think something in that regard was made, just incomplete), other than that they should be same.

I would pick SDL myself, but really this choice will not affect your performance, neither Qt or SDL builds differ in terms of emulation.
