High demad games like Grand Theft Auto, God of War, Midnight Club, and others that are among the more demanding games for ppsspp will not play well on a snapdragon 615 or really any 1.5GHz a53 based processor. On mobile especially these games require a highend device with fast cores. Other games should run fine and and even allow for aome minor enhancements to 2-3x depending on the game.

Audio latency is the lag in time between when you should be hearing an sound play and when it actually does. Higher latency is less demanding on a device, but can be distracting or even detrimental to game play if it is a game that relies on audio cues and fast reactions.

The PSP system only had 32 or 64MB of ram, PPSSPP does not reqire much more. Throwing more ram at it won't really do anything.
