Impossiburu, it's a job for the person that creates a cheat to decide when it should be activated and when not.

The fact that most people who made cheats for psp wasn't doing that which created a situation where a lot of awful cheats are corrupting memory and breaking games when not activated at specific place and deactivated shortly after does not mean we can do anything about it. Emulator can't tell whenever player is in the game, watches intro, browses in-game menus or whatever, hell it can't even tell that cheat is breaking a game;p.
