Impossiburu, it's a job for the person that creates a cheat to decide when it should be activated and when not.
The fact that most people who made cheats for psp wasn't doing that which created a situation where a lot of awful cheats are corrupting memory and breaking games when not activated at specific place and deactivated shortly after does not mean we can do anything about it.
