The fact that different emulators can't read files copied to that SD card is already good enough test telling you that files you have there are corrupted or empty. Such testing software will only help by telling you how much of that sd card is real in case you are in situation where you can return it and get your money back or just want to see if it's worth using real portion of it, or it's too small for your needs.

I plugged in Huawei MediaPad T3 8.0, but program doesn't recocnize it, so this program can't test it SD Card when is plugged via USB cable in Phone/Tablet...
Plus the old PC that has SD slot is totally unplugged and everything is plugged to my PC, so I don't plan plug in the old PC and unplug. As well I don't want remove card from device...
