Adreno 510 and Vulkan support

HI, I'm new here but no new about using ppsspp on android.
I have a Xiaomi redmi note 3 pro with adreno 510. Officially this gpu isn't supported by vulkan, but with the right custom rom (nougat or oreo) aida64 said that adreno 510 is full compatible with vulkan.
And infact, some android games like vain glory works with vulkan, but I cannot activate the api on ppsspp.
On setting I have

Vulkan [ ]

With no checkbox and if I tap on it, the app restart but I always get the opengl driver active.
Is a bug or there is something I should do with adreno 510 to make it works with ppsspp?
