I have some things to recommend to help you with your problem:

-Changing the renderer
-Skip buffer effects
-Making the resolution lower/higher than the limits
-Disabling the texture filtering. Yes. No seriously, it causes more trouble than help.
-Do not enable lazy texture caching.

And that's about all I can recommend.
