Trouble with PC to Android & 1 PC 2PPSSPP method

I have followed every instruction from the threads above but still cant connect with my phone or my other ppsspp on 1 pc. When i try to play MH3rd both my pc and android can see each other in lobby same after beginning quests but after moving for like few 5 seconds, both just "broke off" or disconnects but after quitting quest we still meet at the same lobby i have also tried port offset >1024 but still nothing. This also happens in 1PC 2PPSSPP method but i would like to fix my PC to Android method first. Any help will be appreciated me and my friend itching to play some MonHan
