How do you fix a black screen gameplay

How do you fix a black screen? When im using buffered rendering the Game menu is perfectly fine while the but when i play a map the screen just goes black but i can still see the crosshairs and the boost meter moving so i know the game is working fine. But when i change to non buffered rendering only a portion of the screen goes black (you can see it in my attachment)

I am playing M.A.C.H - modified air combat heroes

And i am using an old version of ppsspp v0.9.7 because the newest version makes it worse
