request for a custom 0.9.9.1 version (android)

hey there, im new to the forums and i wanted to ask if it is possible to have a 0.9.9.1 version with the ability to make configs for each game like in 1.0.0.0, the 0.9.9.1 version works best on my phone, since ppsspp is opensource i think it wouldn't be hard to do it

edit: i know this is an outdated version but the later versions have more limits than before and i cannot use nonbuffered rendering and autoframeskip at the same time
