Try setting the audio backend to auto since i think it will use the faster method if it is compatible and only use the compatible one if it is needed.

Also for rendering resolution auto 1:1 can be deceptively taxing on systems since if your screed resolution is 1080p and you run full screen it will adjust the resolution to 1080p if you have a really nice screen on a weaker laptop (1440p or higher) it can really cause performance issues

Some side info
1x psp = 480 x 272
2x psp = 960 x 544
3x psp = 1440 x 816
4x psp = 1920 x 1088
5x psp = 2400 x 1360

So try one of the X resolutions and see if the combination of that and the audio backend helps out.
