Why we cant download The game on the own site?

From sony's store.... The simplest answer is that PPSSPP is not an official product of Sony and they don't want it. Also PSP systems themselves can not download from Sony.

From PPSSPP.... PPSSPP has no rights to sell or distribute any game made for the PSP (even fan made homebrew PPSSPP has to get the author's permission).

From Sites that have ISOs of games..... Because this is piracy and not condoned by pretty much any emulator author sinceyou usually do not put in years of your life on a system because you hate it. PPSSPP is really only for people who dump their own legally purchased PSP games to allow them to be played more easily more places and with more enhancements then the original hardware would allow.
