PPSSPP Stopped working on launch

Hi all, first time post here,

Same issue as well. I have tested the following;

Windows 10 LTSB 64bit on Nvidia 1060 with Graphic Driver 381.65
Windows 10 LTSB 64bit on Intel HD Graphics 530 Driver 21.20.16.4534
Unsure what build before the windows updates below.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 / x86 10.0.40219 - KB2565063

Versions 1.4 and 1.3 worked fine until the following Windows updates...

Windows Update KB4013418
Windows Security Update KB4015217
Security Update for Adobe Flash Player

... but even uninstalling one/all doesn't work.
