socket error while connecting 198.162.43.1
Please help me on how to connect ADHoc multiplayer. Have tried settings it up to Play on android to android but after changing cordbird. Net ip to 198.162.43.1 and enabling networking /WLAN and also put on both phones data and connecte hotspots yet it didn't work. When I try to play on ADHoc mode it says socket error while connecting 198.162.43.1 and next thing is connecting to network, it stock there for like ever until I have to restart ppsspp again
