Hitching and stuttering in Wipeout games and Project Diva 2nd
Hello guys!

I am here again for an issue about stuttering when games such as Wipeout and Projext Diva 2nd are played.

Here is the link to a reddit thread in which the problem and the specs of the pc's are discussed (I am /u/vernon9398 and the other one is /u/happyloaf)

My Laptop Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 6200U @ 2.30GHz
RAM: 4.00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 665MHz (9-9-9-28)
Graphics:Intel HD Graphics 520
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 940MX
