There are a lot of patches done to psp games you download online to allow for people running various cfws to play the game which will cause massive issues with either ppsspp or translation patches.

The only advice I can give is to use your own copy of Tag Force 5 and a physical psp to create your own untouched iso and then try the language patch

Otherwise we can not help people who illegally download games.
