descent in tartarus from 115 back to 101 ? cheat problem !?!

Cheat Problem,

Because of the use of cheats I have a great progress and achieved block 3 (Level 115 or so). But there is Elizabeths wish - to rescue a human in level 101-105.
1.) How can I go back?? There is no way to descent in lower levels. Damn cheats! Must I really start with running from level 14F in the first block ?
2.) Is it a big disadvantage to ignore this "rescue missions" ?
