RE: Full screen stretching
Oh, now I think I understand what you want !
You want to display PPSSPP at "1x PSP", centered on your screen, while the rest of the screen remains black ?
But the "problem" is that PPSSPP always stretch the display to the size of its window.
When "Stretch to display" is disabled, PPSSPP keeps the aspect ratio of the PSP. If it's different from the aspect ratio of your screen, you will see some black bars.
These black bars can be horizontal or vertical, depending if it's the height which is too big or if it's the width.

To conclude, I don't think it's possible to do what you want, I'm sorry Undecided

But why not simply playing with a screen size of "1x PSP" ? How you can do this : "Game Settings" menu >> "Window Size" >> "1x".
Afterwards, apply a completely black wallpaper on your Desktop Smile
And I know it's possible to remove the "border" of a window. I haven't tested myself, but I found this tool on Google : http://westechsolutions.net/sites/Window...essGaming/
Maybe you can find a workaround by testing these things Wink

♦ Intel Core i7-6700HQ | 16 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M | Debian Testing
♦ Intel Core i7-2630QM | 4 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | Debian Testing
♦ PSP-3004 | 6.60 PRO-C2
