EDIT:- To answer your question about the blinking, PPSSPP has issues with frameskipping when set to even numbers. Use odd numbers like 1,3,5 or 7 to experiment.


1. ppsspp-v0.8.1-394-g19a6edd-windows-amd64
(works amazingly with my x360 controller)

2. Using a laptop, i3, 4gb ram, intel hd4000 (graphics card is lacking unfortunately)

3. Windows 7 64bit OS
