Doesn't currently have hue shift unless you need it for swapping colors as that's made as separate feature.
"Digital Vibrance" afaik is just some fancy marketing name for some proprietary nvidia feature affecting saturation or even just the saturation itself, no clue;p.

Okay i'll take a look.
I played around with the sharpen shader in various 3d games, half seems to look better at .xyz*3.00*amount to .xyz*3.50*amount anything higher and you start getting artifacts and embossing somewhat similair to the cartoon shader rather than more brought out detail.
Bloom it's kinda too execessive also half or quarter the amount is enough imo so you don't get 3d object haloing and slight motion blur.
