DDR5 is not made yet, the first DDR4 RAM was manufactured like last year and is barely used anywhere yet, so where would DDR5 come from?

If you don't believe me google it yourself. Here's a hint this exists http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GDDR5
and this exists http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR4_SDRAM
But this doesn't http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR5_SDRAM
