If you think knowing what game I'm playing helps, I'm playing THE IDOLM@STER SHINY FESTA Funky Notes (TGBUS.COM unofficial localized version), using PPSSPP 0.9.9

You can't download DLC using PPSSPP alone, not yet anyway.

Phenom X3 8450 ~2.3GHz
PowerColor HD6850 1GB
4 gigs of DDR2-800 RAM
~400GB HDD
Windows 8.0 x64
