are you trying to do multiplayer by running 2 instance of ppsspp in one laptop?
it won't works, current adhoc server differentiate players by IP instead of MAC address so it will reject duplicated IP,
and running 2 instance of ppsspp on one computer will not make multiplayer works because both (Host and Join) need to use the same port number (which is not allowed) in order to be able to communicate each other.
