I would recommend you the JXD S7800B or S5800, they are Android 4.2 operations system.

JXD S7800B: S7800b:RockChip 3188, Quad Core, 1.4GHz (cortex A9 CPU, ARM mali400 mp4 GPU)

JXD S5800: MTK6582, Quad-Core Cortex A7, 1.3GHz
