PC-PC Works, PC-PSP Works. PC-PC-PSP No Work

So here is my setup:

Mac OSX running the Adhoc server. PSP has Pro Online plugin.
Mac/PSP multiplayer works a treat.
Mac/Win7 works a treat
Mac/Win7/PSP, the Win7 ppsspp always freezes when multiplayer about to begin.

Were playing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, using compressed cso on all devices. We can join the Online the Gathering Hall, see eachother, etc. But when we start the quest, is when the Win7 ppsspp freezes

Any suggestions?
