Both xbox and ps4 remotes not working

Just as the subject box states both xbox and playstation remote is not working for multiple games. The whole forum seems to not read the d-pad and analog stick. All the other buttons are reading so we can hit and bock and shoot just fine but can't walk aim or guide through the settings. I'm on my android tablet and would love some feed back maybe I'm doing something wrong or maybe it just needs to be patched, I'd just like an answer
