RE: Dante's Inferno
I am playing Dante's Inferno and also got crash problems as many of you, I have reported the problem on github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/7923

But also found a turnaround while devs finds and fix the issues, the original problem was on USA version so I downloaded the EU version and loaded the save state there and was able to pass the wheels with a crash but then on the next room had another crash on the EU version so used the last EU save state on the USA version and was able to continue so hope this helps people who want to finish Dante's on PPSSPP. Just swap save states between versions when a crash happens.

Sorry for my english, is not my native language.

RE: Dante's Inferno
As I replied to issue on git, will also add here, no crashes with proper dump of the original game, so if you pirated it, well your copy is worth as much as the money you spent on it;3.

RE: Dante's Inferno
Inferno runs great on Nvidia Shield Tablet with ppsspp 1.1.

I have one general graphics issue where it looks like I'm looking through textures all the time. Like an overlay in front of the camera and I'm just not sure what settings could affect this. Have a look at screenshot if you can and if you know what may cause this let me know.

RE: Dante's Inferno
Hello. I have the US version Dante's inferno, and the bloom effect in the game just looks fractured and solid 90% of the time.
The gameplay is smooth, but the effects are just awful on it. What are the best settings for the PPSSPP emulator to fix this problem? Screenshots are attached.

PC Specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Xeon E5645 @ 2.40GHz
Westmere-EP 32nm Technology
RAM: 6.00GB Triple-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Graphics: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450

Emulator: PPSSPP, Version 1.2.2
USA Version
ULUS-10469

RE: Dante's Inferno
I've not seen anything in the game that severely distorted before but, I've not progressed past the opening battle. I can't get rid of the flickering, rainbow fire, and weird shadows. I have tried so many combinations of settings using different versions of ppsspp, on my gaming rig and on my Shield Tablet with both the US and Europe version of the game I've lost track.

Has anyone been able to get this game to play perfect?

I got it work, but it running at horrible speed. I deleted the ppsspp.config file and use Dx9 with Buffered Rendering (I tried on my old laptop)

RE: Dante's Inferno
Hey guys,
This game originally runs at 40 FPS, even on a real PSP, but it's possible to play this game at REAL 60FPS by unlocking its framerate, read the first part of my post from HERE.

And if you are an Android user or you have a computer with VERY weak hardware, you can read what I posted above and use it to play the game at 30 FPS, which should run better Tongue

RE: Dante's Inferno
I tried the v1.2.2-609-g84a6ca3 build for GIT. The Problem appears to be fixed in that build, so I'll use that.

RE: Dante's Inferno
With me, it doesn't crash, but there's just a black screen while the music still plays.

RE: Dante's Inferno
The game requires buffered rendering to be enabled(otherwise you'll get black screen with the music running)

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
