Glitchy Sprites in Lunar on Android

Hello everyone, this is my first post. Unfortunately I'm having some problems with Lunar on the Android version of PPSSPP. The sprites for the spell effects look really glitched out. Here's a video demonstrating the problem. I'm running on a fully updated Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, that looks really weird. Any idea if this happens on PC too? Only on OpenGL or Vulkan?
