I believe you're asking in the wrong thread.

You can use Prometheus Server but, there are too many conflicts with Android. I bet it will fail to connect.

But don't expect it to work in android too much.
BTW, you should be in different routers/ISP to use this.
Also, use Onelight's Adhoc Test build posted in page1. It offers more Compatibility than the native build.

RE: [Tutorial] Android-Host LocalMultiplayer using PortableWifiHotspot
This Thread and Online Prometheus Server are all working in Android under the Conditions I already stated. Game Compatibility.

Thats why I requested an Android Compatibility list from the other thread.

RE: [Tutorial] Android-Host LocalMultiplayer using PortableWifiHotspot
The PSP version (non-HD) Requires the full PAUTH folder from your PSP's memstk in order to work online.
If you just Copied the PAUTH folder right after Start of the game from your PSP, it might be incomplete (about30+ files), delete it. Try Going to online gathering hall in your PSP first before copying the PAUTH folder (40+ files) to your PPSSPP (SD card).

If its HD (PS3 version) There might be something wrong with the configuration. And I recommend Onelight's Apk (link on 1st page) for Multiplayer.

It's Possible but I can't say "yes", you can use Coldbird's Prometheus Server (Click Here) Although it definitely wont work with Random Matchups and Some Titles, just for well-organized pairings.
Maybe now isn't the right time for it.

RE: [Tutorial] Android-Host LocalMultiplayer using PortableWifiHotspot
It supposed to work in MHFU without problem, just make a quick review. Just keep in mind that this is Offline Miltiplayer,
you mut be in the same network to work.

PPSSPP settings->System->Under Networking:
^Adhoc Server: 192.167.43.1 (Android Built-in Hotspot) Host's IP for Router
^Mac Address: Must be Different from Each other and 2Hexidecimal Characters per colon.

^Uncheck Timer Hack. The Fast Memory and Multithreading options doesn't seem to create issues in MHfU.

*And use the Adhoc-test build by Onelight for faster and stable connection.
