Ernestbone: because android is linux based and linux does not allow regular users to listen on ports <1024. On desktop linux you can just start PPSSPP as a super user but I don't think android allows that.

It's not a reasonable requirement which is why it's more likely that at some point an option will be added to tunnel all the communication through one port (an option because doing so would prevent it from interoperating with a real PSP)

but android adhoc is so limited. i can only play pes14 and fat princess multiplayer. games like dbz ttt that works perfectly on pc don't work on Android. Is there any workaround to play dbz ttt multiplayer on Android

don't use specify client address. It isn't for Android.

i didn't use specify client address. i used the Android host local multiplayer method. i get network intialized and then socket error binding port and connection lost
