Tested in PPSSPP v0.9.8-228. Also tested previous and official release.
Stuck at first cliff as in attached picture. Can climb up to the second cliff to continue the game.
Tested: restart checkpoint & reload last savegame. still same problem.

Seem to be nothing significant error appears in the log that I can understand.
I also test using same savegame and load it using JPCSP v0.7-3463. It did run fine without problem. I can jump up to second cliff and continue the game.
