getting 3000 fps on gow ghost of sparta.
how do i fix this? there's no limiter for fps, i'm using ppsspp 8.0

You can't. It's a timing bug. FPS = how fast the game is rendering itself, and if it's over 60, there's a bug. VPS is the number to be more concerned with in terms of "How well is my PC/device running this game?".

Frankly, including both VPS and FPS measurements may be counterproductive in some cases. Users get confused and forget that the real indicator of performance is VPS.
