PPSSPP crashes

I'm new here, so sorry in advance if I make a mistake or not, like the picture I uploaded, my PC doesn't work and I have DirectX updated. This is my PC characteristics:
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
Processor: Intel® atom™ CPNU N570 @1.66 GHz 1.67 GHz
Ram: 1 GB

The bolded is the problem. PPSSPP requires an OpenGL 2.0/2.1 compliant graphics card with proper driver support.

It seems like Intel has refused to provide official drivers that support that version of OpenGL for your GMA 3150, so the card will never work with PPSSPP.
