UMD drive attachment for Android in the works
Myself and an electronics engineer are working on an external UMD drive attachment for Android mobile phones that we are hoping to be compatible with PPSSPP. Stay tuned. We're close to having a prototype.

That sounds very neat. Will it present as an SD card or something - or will it require code changes to access?

Greetings.
I just read about your Android UMD drive, and was wondering if the project was still alive? Live long and prosper! Darth Agnon |

Yes the project is still very much alive
Hoping to have a fully working prototype by the end of the year. With video proof. It's a bit of a challenge but we"re close |

Hmm, never received that email (or never found it in spam), but glad to hear.
I think devices like this help to keep people able to access their games (without rationalizing piracy) and purchase used games (which ultimately improves the overall market.) Hope you have success beating those challenges. -[Unknown] |
