Hmm. This is a segfault in your video card driver. The GE debugger is definitely not well tested on ATI/AMD cards, but have you made sure you're using the latest version of your video card's driver?

Yes latest beta.
I believe the problem is with the intel chipset though. I plugged my second monitor to the intel graphics and my main one to the video card. My motherboard supports GPU Virtualization
