dualshock4's left analog stick didn't work on windows

I tried to use dualshock4 via Bluetooth on latest windows version. But only left analog stick doesn't work and Up and Down are reversed. Left and Right are normal. Perhaps, both only Y axis' input and output are reversed. I tried another controller, but the result is the same.
Does anyone have same problem or help me?
