Italian translation update
Hi! I've updated the Italian language file. I know there is a Github page for PPSSPP translations, and I have an account there, but for some reasons I couldn't modify or update the translation there. So I've attached the file here on forums. Please, if you want, include it in the next update. The file is up to date as to PPSSPP version 1.9.3.
