This game was working perfectly in the 0.9.7.*** development builds, but now, in the 0.9.8.*** versions, it starts up, but then hangs up and PPSSPP restarts.

Previously, in 0.9.7.***, I was able to complete the whole game without a single glitch.

Using Android PPSSPP ppsspp-v0.9.8-1149-g89bbc90-android, on Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100 with Android 4.1.2 Stock TouchWiz Rooted.

Also, if someone would be kind enough to tell how to take a log file from a PPSSPP game, that would be nice too. I have a bunch of PSP games and would be more than happy to test them and report any problems along with the log details.

You can use adb log:

It's easier to do on Windows, I believe there's a batch file you can just double click.

Anyway, what is the first build that stopped working, and the last build that did work? You can narrow it down very quickly by testing by halves: try v0.9.8, it if works, then try v0.9.8-550 or so. If that works, then try v0.9.8-875 or so, etc. This way you can test ~2000 revisions in less than 12 tries.

I don't have the game, so I can't do that. And there were thousands of changes in between the versions you quoted, so it could be so many things.

Same problem in windows 64 bit (black screen)

It worked on any version of 0.9.7.***, but after that, I stopped using PPSSPP for a time.(EXAMS). Then, I downloaded the above mentioned dev version of it, and it stopped working. Even used some previous versions. The official version of 0.9.7 was able to play it too, but 0.9.8 does not. It just goes in game and then, it just crashes just like that.

Um, could you tell me how to prepare a log in the android version, because I always play PSP games on my note 2 (after all, "portable" in the name Big Grin ), so if I can help with the logging, that would be great.

Game works fine but saving doesn't work. Says that the memory card is full.
